Cancellation Policy
A valid Credit Card (Master or Visa card) is required to secure and guarantee your reservation. Deposit of 25% is due at time of booking. You can choose to enter your credit card details on our secure server or you can send them to us by fax. Full Payment (balance of) will be taken on day of arrival at Villa from your credit card. Please read carefully our term & conditions for cancellation policy in the online booking process.

LOW SEASON (16 January – 30 June) (16 September – 19 December)
50% Charge of total reservations will be applied if cancellation less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival. No-show will be charged full period of stay

HIGH SEASON ( 1 July – 15 September) (December 20 – 15 January)
50% charge of total reservations will be applied if cancellation less than 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival. No-show will be charged full period of stay.
